The Greek Port Authority demands two basic things.

One is the charter agreement between the charterer and the owner of the vessel which must be signed by you at the latest one day before boarding and the other is the passenger list.

Therefore you must send me via WhatsApp or email photos of all the passenger passports no later than one day before boarding so that I can write the charter agreement.

Regarding the your signature I can send you the charter agreement to sign it electronically or meet you to sign it.
